Hi. I’m Katherine Touhey.
You may be wondering how that quest started, well here’s my story.
For a long time, I chased lofty goals.
The best college, the right job, run a few marathons, complete an Ironman, continue to push the human body, raise my three boys, be the wife, and contribute to my community.
I achieved and crushed a lot of goals in my lifetime.
BUT what happens when the formula of chasing the highs of accomplishing goals no longer works? What happens when life’s circumstances force me to do it differently?
This wasn’t just one person saying, “Katherine, you need to stop.” This was a series of events that built up to the need for a massive shift. What if the actual goal for me is to do nothing and just be? That’s REALLY scary, but maybe, just maybe, I could see it, trust it, and even begin to believe it.

I embarked on a quest to learn from the best Enneagram teachers in the world, Beatrice Chestnut and Uranio Paes. Through extensive training and deep inner work, I am now a CP Certified Enneagram coach.
My journey has been so profound that I now want to help others along their path. Weaving together my yoga and personal training certifications, years of breathwork, and meditation study, I’m now equipped to help others who are seeking a new way forward.
My ultimate goal is to create a shift, whether that’s in conversation, perspective, awareness, or intention. I believe in the power of one human and their ability to have a positive impact on the future.

Some Fun Facts About Me
Exercise is my favorite form of therapy. After years of pounding the pavement completing marathons and triathlons, I’m now an avid Peloton user.
I've taught yoga to people ranging in age from 1 week to 75 years old.
As a Type 3, I'm guilty of having multiple to-do lists, wanting to always stay positive, and easily putting work over play.
A hug from one of my boys is the best antidote.
A fifteen-minute meditation + bulletproof coffee = a great start to the day!
